We are delighted you want to apply for admission for your child. You can either pick up the form in the school or download it below. Kindly fill the form correctly and submit same at the office of the school's administrator. Please note that the form fee is N5,000 (Non refundable)

Process Admission Online


  • Click on the Online Registration button bolow to get started with the online application.
  • Fill in the fields in application form and upload the documents asked for in pdf format. Your data entries will remain stored on our system.
  • After submiting the form, you will be redirected to our payment gateway where you will make a non-refundable payment of ₦5000.
  • When we receive your application, you will be informed via e-mail or text message when your child will come for entrance exam.
  • If the child passes the exam, an invitation for the parent interview is sent to the applicant’s family.
  • Upon Acceptance, your child will receive Enrollment Agreement form, Medical form, Parent commitment form, Child’s ID CARD/ PICK UP PERMIT Parent Handbook.

  • If you have decided to enroll your child at Kiddycare Christian School, you can download admission form here.
  • The admission form should be filled and returned with: 2 recent passport photographs, A copy of the child’s birth certificate, Last school report and/or transfer papers (where applicable).
  • Make a non-refundable payment of ₦5000 to the school admin office and receive a date for the child's entrance exam.
  • If the child passes the exam, an invitation for the parent interview is sent to the applicant’s family.
